Jeremy has 20 years experience in development, implementation, and leadership on end-to-end project and commercial management, construction and commissioning management, within the construction, infrastructure, mining, defence, renewable and oil & gas sectors.

Experience Summary

He is experienced in the development and execution of construction and contract management strategies to meet the needs of multiple greenfield/brownfields projects and has successfully delivered large transformational change initiatives in the areas of people and culture, planning and organisational design. He has successfully implemented the application of six sigma techniques to identify and deliver process optimisation opportunities with real cost and efficiency benefits.

Jeremy’s strengths lie in scope planning, building budget estimates, formulating execution strategies, establishing early contractor engagement initiatives, and people/relationship management. Varied project roles in both commercial and technical capacities has molded his decision making process to always look from both sides and mitigate where necessary through a risk lens.
